Absentee Ballot for 2026-2027 Directors

For any homeowners who are unable to attend the upcoming General Meeting in person, an absentee ballot is included with this notice. This allows you to participate in the voting process even if you cannot be present. Please review the ballot instructions, complete the ballot on page 2, and return it by the deadline on or before 3:00 p.m. on Friday, October 10, 2025, to the office at 10355 Centrepark Drive, Houston, TX  77043.

We encourage all homeowners to take part, whether in person or through absentee voting, to ensure your voice is heard.  The ballot is attached here.
