We require that submissions are at minimum spell checked and grammar checked in Word before submission.  You can use the Spelling and Grammar option in Word by selecting the review tab and then selecting Spelling and Grammar. Because we are volunteer reviewers, we cannot edit/proofread content with significant grammar and spelling errors and only those submissions that have few to no editing requirements will be considered.

A word to the AI obsessed, we do know what AI reads like and will not accept those submission that are “clearly  well written but that have that boring as heck quality” linked to AI authorship. Your unique voices, as homeowners, are what we’re looking for.

We’re also asking that those who submit content are 18 years old or older, although we’re hoping to soon add a similar space for our younger community.
