About Us
Spring Shadows is an established community of single family residences in the thriving Spring Branch area in West Houston. There are almost 2000 homes in the Spring Shadows subdivision.

The Spring Shadows Civic Association (SSCA) is a self-managed homeowners' association that was created to promote the welfare of the residents, including protecting and enhancing property values, enforcing deed restrictions, and providing community involvement opportunities.

The SSCA is governed by an elected board of home owners who volunteer their time to manage the business of the Spring Shadows Civic Association. The Board of Directors establishes committees to carry out specific functions. Directors and other volunteer home owners serve on many of these committees.
Our property owners, through voting and volunteer participation on committees and in leadership opportunities, directly impact the positive characteristics of our community.
Our Goals

-
Develop and encourage good citizenship by establishing a feeling of mutual pride and unity among residents
-
Inquire into public policies and actions affecting either the residents of the subdivision or the subdivision itself and work with public officials as appropriate
-
Enhance and maintain both the value and aesthetic qualities of properties located within the subdivision
Diversity in Our Community
