The board approved and county filed, new Exterior Maintenance Policy is now posted. We really appreciate those homeowners who reviewed and commented on the draft ACC policy (draft ACC rules/regulations are posted on the web and the AppFolio portal for a 45 day comment opportunity). Having this homeowner input helps shape our community.
