In December, Terrace Elementary will begin an exciting new chapter: a complete rebuild made possible by the 2017 bond. While the bond covers the building itself, there are important features are not included—things that make the school and its grounds a true community hub.As many of you know, Terrace Park is a designated SPARK Park, open for the entire neighborhood to enjoy.
