Spring Shadows News Updates

As a Texas homeowners' association, the Spring Shadows Civic Association (SSCA) is governed by Texas property owner and business statutes:
https://guides.sll.texas.gov/property-owners-associations/general-information.

Our home owners' association management certificate is filed with the Texas Home Owners' Association database and can be reviewed: Spring Shadows Management Certificate

The SSCA collects annual assessments to cover maintenance of our common areas, and to oversee well being activities for our subdivision. Single time, special assessment fees may be collected.

The bulk of our
annual fees are applied to safety activities with our paid, security patrol of all sections of Spring Shadows by the Harris County Constables in Precinct 5.  Home owners may apply directly to the Harris County Constables for a vacation watch when homes will be unoccupied as part of the safety patrol benefits provided to our residents
